Comfortable room, friendly reception

Tidy hotel with extremely friendly and fantastically friendly staff at the reception desk. Good and absolutely perfect location to a huge mall

Friendly staff, helpful with directions. Rooftop pool offers fantastic views, perfect for relaxation. The hotel is conveniently located near Nana BTS station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They followed through on my wake up call at 3am, had a box breakfast ready for me, and helped me to make a local phone call. I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel.

The Massage person was very rude, disrespectful, inappropriate, and charged me for 60 minutes but did only a 45 minute massage. She did not seem to know what she was doing and only made rude remarks. I was very disappointed to be in a nice hotel like yours with this kind of service.

Nice location as Nana BTS is just near-by. Moreover, Tuktuk (tricycle) is free to drop you to the BTS. I do like the pool, small but nice & clean. The housekeeping were very approachable and kind. Center for nightlife and fun.... Good location for all ur destination as long as you have the map/location guide, that will be the best. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay here as I'm always outside for adventure & fun.

The price of the drinks in the rooftop/pool, also in the bar are quite expensive as I know hotel price is much costly than the normal price. Service crew/staffs in the minibar and during breakfast were not approachable and they don't even smile/greet to their guest. They must know, at least, the hotel standard "when the guest approach, be the first one to greet them with a smile", i don't know If they know that.... Receptions are very kind in helping ur needs but still lack of smile in their faces.

The staff is helpful and friendly! The pool is small yet well-kept, and the rooms are clean with good amenities.

The Wi-Fi can be spotty! Beds might feel a bit hard for some guests.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and tidy, with extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. I was upgraded to a new-fashioned standard double room with a balcony. The location of the venue was marvellous, close to shops and bars.

I liked the speed of check in i was in my room with in 5 min of arriving at the hotel.which is good after a long flight.I also liked that it was quiet. and only a 10 minute walk to sukhumvit road and nana bts station or you can use the tuk tuk from the hotel it is free.

I thought the breakfast was very good but maybe it could be hotter. Maybe the hotel can look at this?.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of great price restaurants nearby, perfect for dining out.

Housekeeping staff is not available, and you have to book in advance for your room to be cleaned.

it is situated in a good position but the hotel is far to be a place where I would like to stay

the room booked filthy, smelly, very small, infested by small insects; upgrade to a bigger room also this one was not clean, expecially the bath room: not sufficint to any standard. The pool looks big on advertising, in reality is not big enough for any kind of swimm except dor little babies. Everithing in the hotel is too much expnsive compared to other much better hotels in Thailand. I do not undrstand how is possible the HOtel has gained international recognition. Exactly in front of this hotel there is another one with same cost of a million time better quality.

I have stayed at this same hotel several times and will always come back here when I visit Bangkok. It is good value for money and perfectly located for the Bangkok nightlife. It is quiet but only 5 minutes walk from the busy Nana area. The downstairs bar is open 24 hours, and room service is also available for 24 hours.
